Plants can have different properties that are beneficial to humans. Their different species are sometimes able to heal, rejuvenate, relax or even relieve pain. Essential oils obtained after wringing, perfectly save their healing ability and that is why they are often used instead of cosmetics or as a remedy to soften the skin, providing it with essential vitamins and minerals, as well as during a massage to soothe and relieve stress. If we consider each of the oils separately, the most popular applications are as follows:
Peppermint: Used in case of headaches.
Grapefruit: Often used in cosmetology as a skin whitening agent.
Oregano: In order to improve immune system, 1 drop of oregano per day should be taken orally.

Sage: Used for rubbing joints that hurt. It helps to relieve unpleasant feelings.

For now just take a note that the easyest way to use the lavander oil at home - against the moth. It is an insect that spoils clothes. You just can apply 2-3 drops over the tissue or cotton and leave it in the wardrobe.

Cypress: If you have «heavy legs», poor circulation, varicose veins - add 2-3 drops to any base oil and rub it in your legs or massage strongly from the feet to the body (bottom to top).
Centella Asiatica: Rubbing this oil into the skin helps to smoothen and lift the skin.
